About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be responsible for the day-to day management of all administrative duties for designated academic programmes. You will be a customer focused individual who is flexible and able to manage deadlines effectively, to provide specialist knowledge and to support students, academic staff and external stakeholders.
You will need to demonstrate significant administrative experience coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational flair, combined with a proactive approach is essential as is the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. You will have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.
This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.
