We are currently undergoing a number of transformative changes within our organisation to support our people's objectives. This is a key role in providing strategic leadership for Employee Relations to align with the University’s broader strategic priorities and delivery of our HR Strategic Operational Delivery plan.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will be part of the HR Senior Management Team leading the development and implementation of employee relations strategies, policies and programmes. You will collaborate with the HR team to support a continuous organisational performance improvement programme, aimed at achieving the ambition of becoming a high-performing organisation. Additionally, you will work with university colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role is integral to HR's effectiveness and the overall staff and student experience, making a significant contribution to the university’s success.
