The Directorate of Information Services are looking for an ESM Officer to join the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team. Working as part of a product team to deliver large scale projects that will substantially benefit the University and ensure the delivery of a robust, efficient and user-friendly service to our departments across the University. Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog, delivering high quality, documented requirements to ensure timely delivery of agreed workloads through well planned sprints. Work with team members under the direction of the product owner to deliver to defined strategy and future plans for the product line.
