The Role

We’re looking for an effective and creative individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing Content.  As a key role in our Marketing department, you will lead the strategic development and execution of compelling content that resonates with our audiences, reflecting the Group’s mission, values and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the Group’s goals and our customer journeys.
• Lead and inspire a team of content creators, writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to produce creative, engaging, and relatable content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communication and student recruitment specialists, as well as academic departments, professional services and external partners to create impactful content that meets the need of the audience and drives business results.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to communication guidelines in all content produced.
• Stay updated with industry trends, audience insight and best practice to continually improve content outputs.

Our Successful Candidate

As a creative innovator you will have:

• Proven experience in content strategy, creation and management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team as well as the ability get hands on as and when required.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Creative problem solving and excellent organisational and operational delivery skills.
