We are now looking for a Lecturer in Computing to join our Swansea campus on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The post of Lecturer in Computing will be located within the Applied Computing team. The post holder will be under the line management of the Academic Director but for operational day-to-day duties will work under the guidance of the relevant Programme Manager. The post requires knowledge and skills in the areas of but not limited to algorithms, artificial intelligence, computational methods, cloud technologies, databases, programming (e.g. python, C, C++, etc), graphics programming, etc. The post holder will deliver teaching in a variety of different learning environments and use a variety of teaching styles and approaches, including all levels of undergraduate studies and, where appropriate, postgraduate studies.
