This new part-time post (30% FTE) is available immediately on a fixed-term contract to 31 July 2026 in DClinPGR-Psy within the Department Psychology.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
The role
We are seeking to appoint a new Senior Lecturer. They will have a particular interest in developing and delivering teaching in Psychoanalytic Research, Theory and Practice. They will also take the lead in coordinating International Engagement including support for international students and international collaborations within the programme.
Within DClinPGR-Psy, on the DClinPrac Res & the DPPClinPrac you will have responsibility for contributing to the managing and monitoring of aspects of the clinical, academic and research components of the training programme and the associated operational administration, curriculum development, and quality management and enhancement (including supporting the accreditation / registration by relevant professional institutions where appropriate). You will work with module and programme leads, the Director of Portfolio and the Director of DClinPGR-Psy to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programme in accord with the Faculty’s education strategy and implementing the External Affairs strategy. You will also contribute directly to teaching on the programme and across DClinPGR-Psy where appropriate and to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices across DClinPGR-Psy
