We are looking to expand the team with this exciting and challenging post. You will be working closely with our students helping them to achieve success, by advising and guiding them in the making of their 3D projects.
You will have experience and knowledge of CNC & CAD / CAM machines include relevant softwares, as well as the ability to induct, teach and support them.
The successful candidate will also have worked in a wood / metal workshop environment and be expert in the use of all associated machinery and equipment. Please contact the details below for more information about the technology and equipment that we would like you to support.
No two days will be the same, you will be working across all our course, including Product and Design, Furniture, modelmaking and automotive design.
You will contribute to the care and maintenance of equipment and be responsible for the health and safety in your area of competence. You will also have excellent communication skills, be a good team worker and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for dealing tactfully with students and staff. The ability to work under pressure is essential.
