We are looking to hire a Curriculum Data Officer to work within the Quality and Standards team at St Mary's University.
The Curriculum Data Officer will be responsible for managing curriculum data relating to academic programmes within the University's Student Records Systems, SITS.
The postholder will be primarily responsible for ensuring that information about programmes, modules and assessments are accurately captured, modelled and updated within the SITS environment.
We are seeking a pro-active individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work on their own initiative. A key part of the role will be to work with the Quality and Standards team and academic colleagues to ensure the ongoing integrity of curriculum data.
Applicants should have experience of a records management role within a higher education setting and they should be able to undertake data entry tasks using a large electronic rcord management system.
Excellent IT skills are a must, and candidates should have a good working knowledge of SITS or similar student records system.
