Are you an experienced careers, recruitment or employability professional, committed to supporting students to successfully progress into graduate level employment by providing high-quality careers advice, training and coaching?
Anglia Ruskin University, London (ARUL) is an ambitious, teaching-led provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education, primarily aimed at a widening participation student body. Based in Farringdon and East India Dock, ARUL is a multi-building campus with over 10,000 students studying subjects related to Business, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality and Law.
Continued growth in demand for our student-centred courses has led to the opportunity to expand our Employability Team. The Employability Team offers students and recent alumni careers guidance and employability support during and after their undergraduate and postgraduate studies. We are currently implementing an ambitious strategy to support students to gain the skills they need for graduate career success and / or progression to postgraduate study.
We are expanding the support we offer to our students and as we develop our service, the scope of the role may change and grow, so you will also need to be adaptable and flexible. If you are an experienced Careers Consultant or graduate recruitment specialist who is keen to support students to progress to graduate employment and who shares our belief in the transformative nature of education, then we would like to talk to you about opportunities at ARUL. You will have an honours degree and ideally relevant professional accreditation in Careers Guidance/Coaching or previous experience of careers work in an HE is setting. This is a permanent post, and we will consider both full time and part time applicants.
