As an AMS Electronic Technician, you will provide comprehensive management and senior technical leadership to laboratory users. The post-holder is also expected to provide specialist maintenance and instrument control in the SUERC Accelerator Mass Spectrometry Laboratory in support of routine & experimental direct measurement of long-lived radionuclides.
Furthermore, you will contribute to apparatus & laboratory process development, and provide specialist technical expertise and training to scientist colleagues and postgraduate students.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended (permanent) basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
