About the role
UCL IEDE is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Building Performance Analysis to play a key role in our current and future teaching and research efforts. The holder of this post will: 1. convene two modules with focus on: (a) integrated building design with focus on building services systems, (b) building performance analysis, (c) decarbonisation and net zero carbon engineering, and (d) building services engineering 2. strengthen IEDE’s research capacity in: (a) building performance data analytics, (b) building stock decarbonisation strategies including building services systems 3. to engage with relevant stakeholders including relevant government departments primarily the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. About you
You will have a PhD in a subject relevant to a research area in the job description, or extensive publication record commensurate with a PhD. Substantial industry experience relevant to building performance evaluation and net zero carbon engineering design.
