Job Summary
The Interim Director of Institutional Marketing and Communications will spearhead the development and execution of Imperial College Business School’s marketing and communications strategies. This role is crucial in aligning marketing efforts with the school’s strategic priorities, providing expert advice to stakeholders, and delivering integrated marketing plans for major projects. The Director will oversee marketing and communications support and services for internal academic and professional departments.
In addition to strategic oversight, the Director will lead brand strategy, enhancing the school’s external identity. Responsibilities include media activity management, marketing effectiveness evaluation, and media agency relationship management ensuring high-quality results. This role involves supporting the school’s communications and PR strategy in collaboration with the Dean’s office, managing a high-performing team and representing the school at internal and external events.
