Multi-Skills Technician Instructor

DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi Skills Technician Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the curriculum delivery by providing a comprehensive range of specialist services, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Support:

  • Assist curriculum staff, as directed by the Curriculum Lead, in supervising learners and learner groups, including assessment, in workshops and other practical specialist teaching areas.
  • Provide pre-course and on-course guidance to support learners through to successful completion, whether on a one-to-one basis or to a group.

• Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements applicable to the college.
  • Adhere to college policies and procedures, including equal opportunities and health and safety requirements.

• Specialist Services:

  • Undertake assigned tasks and discharge responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of specialist services to support the curriculum delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in multi skills technical instruction.
• Proven experience in supporting curriculum delivery and supervising learners in a practical teaching environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
