Web Developer

As part of our Web Team within our Directorate of Marketing, Communications & Digital, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the University of Wolverhampton website and other digital systems.

We need a team player who has outstanding flair for creativity, problem solving and a passion for all things digital.

You will help build and deliver code for the University website to support a wide range of activities from student recruitment to research to internal communications.

This is a hybrid working role, with two days a week based at our Wolverhampton City Campus and three days working from home.

Duties will include:

• Designing, developing and maintaining accessible and visually appealing website content.
• Playing a key role in the University’s Web Governance and SEO strategies.
• Integrating 3rd party systems into the University Website using APIs and other data handling methods.
• Delivering presentations and support to web content editors at regular CMS training sessions.
