This post is full-time (35 hours a week) and fixed-term for up to 1 year.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bioinformatician to join the the School of Infection & Immunity within the College of Medical Veterinary & Life Sciences.
As an experienced Bioinformatician you will provide outstanding analysis of several immune and rheumatic ssRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq and epigenetic datasets. These datasets are being generated in University of Glasgow, as part of an exciting collaboration with our industry partner Eli-Lilly. The post is collaborative and will involve working alongside clinicians and wet-lab scientists to:
- help design experiments
- process the data
- explore the data with reference to our translational aims and research questions
- to assist with figure and manuscript generation.
