Reporting to the Head of Organisation Design & Effectiveness, the role holder has day to day project management responsibility for the delivery of defined strategic and operational HR projects including projects that require significant resource and contractual change, organisational change initiatives and the implementation of project work to deliver HR strategy. This is across Warwick Transformation and also covers the HR requirements for non Warwick Transformation people change work as well.
About You
The role holder will need to be able to co-ordinate resource from across the HR matrix structure and work with colleagues from all departments to achieve results through good project management and communication skills.
