About the role

As a Teaching Fellow in Management within the School of Business, you will join a community of interdisciplinary scholars. You will undertake teaching and other activities to support the work of the School, aiding in its development and enhancing both its internal and external reputation. Using a variety of methods, you will undertake teaching, pastoral care and assessments, ensuring our students receive the best experience possible. In this role you will contribute to the School’s undergraduate, postgraduate and distance learning curriculum.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collegial individual who is motivated by providing the best experience for our students. You will have (or be near completion of) a PhD in a relevant subject or equivalent in professional qualifications and experience, alongside experience of teaching Management, Human Resource Management or related subjects at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, whilst having the ability to develop relevant, high quality course materials in a timely fashion.
