The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry is one of the three faculties within Queen Mary University of London and plays a defining role in its success.

We are a Faculty with vision and ambition. Over the next five years, we will expand by 140 academics. This investment in our people will help us deliver more high-impact research to improve the health outcomes of people across the world – starting in our local community of East London.

Our mission is Better health for all. We are committed to addressing health inequalities through impactful research and education. Only through collaboration with our local communities, international partners, and the NHS can we draw on a diversity of thought to tackle some of the most pressing global health challenges of our time.

We are looking for at least 15 Professors who are conducting world-leading research in the following areas:

• Cancer
• Cardiovascular medicine
• Genomics
• Inflammation
• Precision healthcare
• Population health
• Big data science
