Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Ahorangi - Professor for the Sir Markus Dunajtschik Chair in Construction.
The role of the Sir Mark Dunajtschik Chair in Construction presents an exciting opportunity to be a key leader of Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington's new construction programme. The Chair will be a key collaborator to lead and develop the new Construction programme, including the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the establishment of world class laboratory and workshop facilities and the research agenda. The Chair will be a key appointment for contributing to construction-related teaching and research. The successful applicant will also contribute to the appointment of further academics and will lead and mentor the construction team, which will grow over the next three years. In addition, the Sir Mark Dunajtschik Chair in Construction will develop collaborative links with industry, professional bodies and government agencies.

You will be a world-class construction expert with expertise in digital technologies or modern methods of construction, as well as have a proven track record of teaching and research in construction.
