We are the University of Strathclyde. Our vision is innovative and transformational, placing us amongst the world’s leading international technological universities. We are vibrant, dynamic, and passionate about solving the challenges facing society and industry through our cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary research, education, and knowledge-exchange with global partners.
Through our Strathclyde Global Talent Programme, we will recruit up to 20 outstanding early career researchers within a number of departments and areas of strategic priority across all of our faculties, who will help us deliver our exciting objectives in Strathclyde 2030 through ground-breaking research and innovation, reinforce our reputation for academic excellence, contribute to our socially progressive ethos and create even more impact locally and globally.
The initial years of the programme focuses on research and innovation, through reduced teaching load and limited administrative duties. The Chancellor’s Fellows will receive support through mentoring, peer networks, and training to help them reach their research and leadership goals.
The University of Strathclyde is a socially progressive institution that strives to ensure equality of opportunity and celebrates the diversity of its student and staff community. We strongly encourage applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnicity, women, LGBT+, and disabled candidates and candidates from lower socio-economic groups and care-experienced backgrounds.
