The Role

The role oversees and manage the estate, facilities and safety across multiple library sites and learning spaces across UCL, and in UCL’s museums and the Bloomsbury Theatre; and is responsible for the development of UCL LCCOS (Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science) estates strategy. This role may in part be suitable for remote working. The role holder will be expected to work a minimum of 40% of their time on campus. The pattern of on-campus and remote working will be agreed with the role holder.

The postholder will have substantial experience in planning and developing estates strategy, collaboratively and consultatively. The postholder should have experience of delivering effective, customer-focused services, and excellent change management skills.
