The Rosalind Franklin Institute is a national research centre, funded by the UK government through UK Research and Innovation, dedicated to bringing about transformative changes in life science through interdisciplinary research and technology. Based in a purpose-built building on the Harwell Campus just outside Didcot, this role works closely with Health and Safety, Lab Managers, Technicians and Scientists to ensure that we have a safe working environment. As a Quality Assistant within the Operations Team, you will report to the Quality Manager.
Role overview
Working as part of a small operations team you will focus on compliance and audit activities across the organisation. Your primary task will be managing documentation for the Quality Management System and supporting other functions to ensure compliance to relevant SOPs and quality standards. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving quality.
