Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year
Location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield, University of Hertfordshire
Main duties and responsibilities
You will undertake a range of general administrative duties relating to student records and academic quality within Online Provision. You will be proactive and work with the team to organise relevant activities. You will ensure accurate and timely completion of administration in full compliance with legal and University requirements.
Skills and experience required
You will have previous administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organisation. You will also be numerate, literate and have good IT skills, particularly using MS Office packages, databases, and web-based communication platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and similar. You will have a methodical approach and be able to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines, recognising and respecting the confidential nature of the data you handle. Comfortable working in a team but able to demonstrate initiative and work with limited supervision, you will have a can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications required
You will hold a minimum of A-levels or equivalent or instead have proven professional work experience in a similar area of work.
