An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Research and Enterprise Office (REO).
The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality, confidential administrative support to the day to day running of the reception area and the wider team. This will include ordering IT equipment, arranging travel, raising purchase orders, dealing with incoming post, reception of visitors, responding to correspondence, arranging meetings, assisting on projects in all areas and occasional note taking.
Duties of the Role
The post holder will support the team by providing administrative support for both reception and the wider sections of the REO including the Deputy Director (Enterprise). Duties will include ordering IT equipment, arranging meetings, assisting on projects in all areas and occasional note taking.
Skills and qualifications required
You will be a supportive team member with relevant administrative experience in a busy and complex office environment. You will have experience of problem solving and demonstrate a high standard of accuracy and attention to details together with excellent communication and IT skills.
